Terms of Service and User Agreement Rewritten in full. The contracting party is now named as Intelligena LLC, disputes are resolved by individual arbitration in San Diego County with a 30-day opt-out, and the limitation of liability, warranty disclaimer and indemnity are restated. The Data Processing Addendum now forms part of the agreement and controls over these Terms as to the processing of personal data on your behalf.
